SUMMER HOLIDAYS 2021

 

I booked in April but have to cancel my vacation due to the latest government announced restrictions. What can I do?

Following the speech given by the President this Wednesday, March 31, 2021, we must postpone our opening date. The date will be fixed and will be revealed to you very soon. In the meantime, for all those who had a stay planned for the month of April that we see forced to cancel, we offer you a stay report.
If you choose to postpone your stay, we offer you an additional discount of 50€ *
* offer applicable for any stay of 4 nights minimum during the year 2021.

Can we leave next summer?

SERVICES & ANIMATIONS

Will the swimming pools be open?

Yes ! Our two swimming pools, our paddling pool and our two whirlpools will be at your disposal this summer, unless the government decides otherwise.
In order to guarantee the safety of all in the collective swimming pools, access is subject to adaptations on the recommendation of the health authorities and we are required to deploy them (spacing of sunbathing, provision of gel at the entrance , disinfectant wipes)
Good to know: The usual dosage of water chemistry, especially with chlorine, guarantees the destruction of the virus. So you can bathe serene!

Attention, following the announcements of the Prime Minister and as announced in the last decree of the FNHPA of March 20, 2021, "the swimming pools, bars, restaurants and common rooms must not be accessible to the customers" and this, concerning the whole national territory, until further notice.

Will the entertainment and children's clubs be maintained?

The Ecolodge min-club will be open and sanitary measures respected to welcome your children from 4 years old in the best conditions.Please note that we have mobilized to adapt our offer to the realities of social distance so that “holidays remain holidays!”, The 2020 season having served as a test. Our entertainment team will concoct an entertainment schedule adapted for 100% fun holidays.

Will the mini-market and the restaurant be open?

Yes ! Our mini market and bistronomic bar-restaurant should also be open. Their access is however adapted and subject to respect for barrier gestures and social distancing (wearing a mask, distancing, limited number inside)

 

Please note, at the opening on April 3, 2021, the bar-restaurant will only operate as a take-out service.
 
A la carte catering, snacks, pizza, waffles, pancakes and ice creams will be offered to you to take away, with a delivery service directly to your mobile home possible. To reserve, all you need to do is call the restaurant l'Olivier or go there.
You also have the option of having grocery packs delivered to your accommodation before your arrival, by ordering in advance at the campsite mini-market. 

 

HYGIENE & SANITARY MEASURES

What hygiene measures will be deployed at the Ecolodge?

The whole profession has mobilized and worked to adapt its offer to barrier gestures and the disinfection protocol necessary to protect us all from Covid-19. The official hygiene measures recommended for all outdoor establishments are and will be deployed throughout the establishment in the interest of your health and well-being.
We remind you that we are vacation rental professionals. We have a tourism license. It is our job to welcome you and deploy the sanitary measures that guarantee our safety to all.

What protocol will be applied for cleaning the accommodation?

Please note that all our homes are disinfected (even more than usual) in accordance with the health measures defined by the government: virucidal household products, ventilation of all rooms, cleaning of current dishes, laundry and maintenance of linen ... We use in particular the Desogerme range (ACI Laboratory) between each arrival / departure and fill in a disinfection certificate (image below).

Do you limit the number of customers per location?

The government and health authorities have asked all tourism professionals to adapt their infrastructure to ensure the social distance that protects us all. It is up to us to organize the spaces. It is therefore possible that certain places are accessible on rotation in order to limit contact (swimming pools, reception, restaurant, mini-market, wellness area, river shuttle).

Do you make hydroalcoholic gel available?

Yes! Pedal-operated hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available to wash your hands in all common areas.

Do you take special precautions at the reception?

Yes! At reception, our teams wear masks to welcome you in complete safety. Hydroalcoholic gel is made available to the public and to the team. Glass walls are installed. All the contact points identified (door handles, payment terminals, etc.) are disinfected several times a day. To support social distancing, we have also set up dedicated signage and ground tracing. Finally, we are trained in barrier gestures and the use of our protective equipment, but also in a specific risk management procedure in the event of a suspicion of Covid-19. A staff member is specifically dedicated to this task.

 

Also, we set up the Fast Check-in to avoid the queue when you arrive at Ecolodge.
 
To benefit from it, your reservation must meet the following conditions, before your arrival:
- Your stay must be fully paid
- All information concerning all the participants of the stay must have been communicated beforehand: names, first names and dates of birth

Is the number of vacationers limited?

No, to date no government announcement mentions the restriction of the number of vacationers in tourist establishments. However, we have chosen to reduce our accommodation capacity for the comfort and well-being of all.

Is it compulsory to wear a mask on the campsite?

No, except in closed public places where wearing a mask is compulsory, by decision of the government.

Do we have to respect the safety distance of 1.50m even on vacation?

Yes, to support social distancing we have set up dedicated signage. Together, I protect myself, you protect yourself, all protected!

  • confinement of your place of residence or your place of destination during the period of your stay
  • closing borders
  • any other measures taken by the Public Authorities related to the health crisis, preventing you from going to Ecolodge

Benefit free of charge from a change of stay, a deferral of the sums paid to the next season or a refund (excluding administrative fees and insurance taken out), as desired.
If government measures were to lead us to close the establishment, you would be informed and would be reimbursed for your stay.
Please note that this guarantee does not apply to other reasons of impediment such as closed beaches, bars and restaurants, personal concern, partially closed infrastructure etc.
You also have the possibility of modifying or postponing your stay free of charge until D-14 without the latter being reimbursed to you.
For any other more personal reason, we strongly advise you to subscribe to our cancellation guarantee, which takes into account, for example, the fact that you or one of your relatives has contracted the Covid.
