Health pass and access to Ecolodge

 

Since March 14, 2022, published on March 13 in the Official Journal:

  • the health and vaccination pass is no longer necessary to access holiday rentals and campsites.
  • Wearing a mask is no longer compulsory, it has been removed in all places where it was required, in particular campsites.

The list of barrier measures has been reduced:

  • It is no longer necessary to observe social or physical distancing
  • entertainment is possible without masks or distancing within the campsites, in compliance with those of the barrier measures maintained.

However, we advise you to continue to apply the following barrier gestures:
- wash your hands regularly with soap and water;
- systematically cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing into your elbow;
- blow your nose in a disposable tissue and immediately dispose of it in a trash can;
- avoid touching your face, especially your nose, mouth and eyes.
For our part, we continue to regularly ventilate the premises and rentals, and the reinforced cleaning of these structures, among other hygiene measures explained in the HPA health protocol.

Can we go this summer?

Yes, you can go on vacation this summer. Finally ! All our services and activities will operate normally, respecting barrier gestures. You can then freely enjoy our heated swimming pools, entertainment, bar-restaurant, mini-market, wellness center and massages, tennis courts, mini-golf, playground for children, mini-club, etc. And of course, the shops and points of interest in the surrounding towns will also be accessible. Ecolodge allows you to anticipate your 2022 holidays without taking any risk with its serene holiday offer and its cancellation insurance.

The Ecolodge offers you nature and space

Our accommodations are independent, spaced from each other, located in the Natura 2000 Zone on a 21Ha park.
The main places of life are outdoors, open and airy.

Will the swimming pools be open?

This summer, our aquatic areas with three swimming pools, two paddling pools and two heated whirlpools will be at your disposal.
Good to know: The usual dosage of water chemicals, in particular chlorine, guarantees the destruction of the virus. So you can swim with peace of mind!

Will the activities and children's clubs be maintained?

The mini-club will be open in season and will welcome your children while respecting barrier gestures.
The decree of March 12, 2022 announces that activities are possible without masks or distancing within the campsites.
We continue to favor outdoor entertainment, for the well-being of your children.
Be sure that health measures will be respected to welcome your children from 4 years old in the best conditions.
Know that we have mobilized to adapt our offer to the realities of social distance so that "holidays remain holidays!", the 2020 season having served as a test. Our entertainment team will put together a suitable entertainment schedule for you for a 100% fun holiday.

Will the convenience store and restaurant be open?

The bar-restaurant will be open from April 9th ​​when the campsite opens and will offer you a wide choice to eat in or take away.
The convenience store will also be open from April 9th. Their access is unrestricted.
 
A la carte catering, snacks, pizza, waffles, pancakes, drinks and ice creams will be offered to take away.

You also have the option of having shopping packs delivered to your accommodation before your arrival, by ordering in advance at the campsite mini-market. Race packs can be viewed here.

Will the wellness center be open?

As soon as it opens on April 9, the Ecolodge wellness area will offer you massages, treatments, waxing, nails, make-up. These individual services for your well-being are permitted in accordance with health guidelines.

 

HYGIENE & SANITARY MEASURES

What hygiene measures will be deployed at the Ecolodge?

The whole profession has mobilized and worked on adapting its offer to barrier gestures and the disinfection protocol necessary to protect us all from Covid-19. The official hygiene measures recommended for all outdoor establishments are and will be deployed throughout the premises of the establishment in the interest of your health and well-being.
We remind you that we are vacation rental professionals. We have a tourist license. It is our job to welcome you and to deploy the health measures that guarantee our safety to all.

What protocol will be applied for the cleaning of accommodation?

Please note that all our accommodations are disinfected (even more than usual) in accordance with the health measures defined by the government: virucidal household products, ventilation of all rooms, cleaning of current dishes, laundry and linen maintenance... We use in particular the Desogerme range (A.C.I Laboratory) between each arrival/departure.

Do you limit the number of customers per location?

The government and health authorities have asked all tourism professionals to adapt their infrastructures in such a way as to guarantee the social distance that protects us all. It is up to us to organize the spaces. It is therefore possible that certain places are accessible on shifts in order to limit contact (swimming pools, reception, restaurant, mini-market, wellness area, river shuttle).

Do you take any special precautions at reception?

If it is no longer compulsory to wear the mask and to respect social distancing, the reception team continues to apply barrier gestures and remains vigilant.

 

Also, we set up the Fast Check-in to avoid the queue when you arrive at Ecolodge.
 
To benefit from it, your reservation must meet the following conditions, before your arrival:
- Your stay must be paid in full
- All the information concerning all the participants of the stay must have been communicated beforehand: surnames, first names and dates of birth

Is the number of holidaymakers limited?

No, to date no government announcement mentions a restriction on the number of holidaymakers in tourist establishments. However, we have chosen to reduce our reception capacity for the comfort and well-being of all.

Is wearing a mask compulsory in the campsite?

No, wearing a mask is no longer compulsory and has been abolished in campsites since March 14, 2022.

Do we have to respect the safety distance of 1m50 even on vacation?

No. The decree of March 12, 2022 removes the need to respect social distancing and puts an end to the obligation to respect physical distancing.

You also have the possibility of modifying or postponing your stay free of charge until D-14 without the latter being reimbursed to you.
For any other more personal reason, we strongly advise you to subscribe to our cancellation guarantee, which takes into account, for example, the fact that you or one of your relatives has contracted the Covid.
